      § Duties:

  • Project Engineer:

 

        § Duties:

1. Prepare Technical Material Submittal for Fire Fighting Equipment:

 (Fire Pump Set, Sprinklers & Deluge Spray Nozzles, Alarm Check Valves with trim, Accessories,   Deluge Valves, Pre - Action Valve with accessories and Control Systems, Wall Fire Hydrants, Fire Hose Stations, Fire Department Connections (Breaching Inlets), Fire Extinguishers, Test And Drain Valve, Pressure Regulating Valve, Gate Valve, O.S & Y Gate Valves, and Swing Check Valves).

2. Redesign of the Contract Drawings (Shop Drawings):  

• Perform Design and Detailed Engineering of Fire Protection Systems (FFS) like Automatic Sprinkler System, Water Deluge Spray System,FM-200 (Chemetron & Pyrochem) Systems & Halon 1301 system as per Project/Client Specification, NFPA & other related Reference. Provide Material Submittals for all Fire Fighting Equipment with Hydraulic Calculation for purpose of selecting the suitable Fire fighting Pump capacity & Cylinders capacities using different Softwares (Hass, FHC, ANSUL CO2 , PYRO-CHEN & CHEMETRON for FM-200, Ansul Inergen System <200 BAR> High Pressure).

3. Hydraulic calculation for each zone and pick out    pump based on capacity of pump for highest and farthest zone.

4. Coordination Meetings (reply to comments, Compliance Statements,…etc).

 

  • Sales Engineer: 

         §Duties:

 1. Develop and design technical presentations, models and Architecture.

 2. Demonstrate technology aspects of a product.

 3. Deliver pre-sales presentations.

 4. Lead and guide technical sales personnel.

 5. Ensure follow-up of technical services.

 6. Create, develop and implement sales strategies.

7. Maintain productive relationships with the distributors to maximize  

    Sales growth.

 8. Plan and schedule training to sales staff in technical aspects of a   

    Product.

A 9-week training period in (Jordan Petroleum Refinery Co. Ltd.) in different Units & Workshops mainly in the Maintenance Areas & Factories . Trace the production line, filling & the renewal of Gas cylinders, knowing the parts of several heat exchangers ,In addition to visit the Planning & Material sections.
Duration: 1/7/2000-4/9/2000.
